Help identify uniforms, ranks and kind of unit (WWI)

Hi,

I am trying to know which kind of unit these gentlemen were associated with. Also, any information regarding the uniforms, the ranks is welcome.

Note the length of the boots worn by these German soldiers. And one man wore spurs on his boots.

Can anyone help with this?

Richard,
The guy on the far right is a Feldwebel. The others look to be vizefeldwebel. We should be able to determine the unit from the shoulder strap. It is too fuzzy for me but I bet you could blow that up and find it.
