Help identifying a sword . Blucher Sabel

Hello everyone. This is my first post on the forum and I'm here because I've happened across a pretty interesting item and it seem like this should be an excellent site to learn more about it.
*I'm not a collector, and I have very little knowledge of this subject matter.
*I became the owner of this item basically because I found it. Literally. It was left in the attic of the home my wife and I purchased in 2014 and I found it when putting Christmas decorations back in the attic a couple months back.

So here goes
It's a Blucher Sabel stamped P.D. Luneschloss Soligen.
The spine is stamped R10 , crown with a w under it and an 05 under the w then what looks like another crown under that.
The handle is stamped 3.A.3.52.
The sheath is also stamped 3.A.3.52.

Hmmmm....

I think one of these two prussian artillery units:

- Feldartillerie Regiment "General Feldzeugmeister" N°3 (Brandenburg)
- Fußartillerie Regiment "General Feldzeugmeister" N°3 (Mainz)

3. Batterie, Waffen N° 52.

Would anyone know what an approximate value might be for this item. I would be interested in selling it. As I mentioned in my OP, I'm not a collector and just lucked into owning this piece. I don't plan on keeping it as incredibly cool as it is.

That is a Prussian Artillery saber. Similar to the Blucher Saber, but the langets and handle are slightly different. These are pretty common on ebay. They go for anywhere from about $250-400 depending on condition and whether the numbers match on handle and scabbard.
