Help needed for schirmutze identification

Dear All
I need help for correct identification of this Officer schirmutze.
As you can see from pics is very tall form and good quality materials.
All comments and help will be highly appreciated

When eligible former officers were put back in service but were not assigned any official duty or capacity, they were designated "Offiziere von der Armee" They were further segregated into officers of prior service with foot troops and officers of prior service with mounted troops. Your cap is M15 schirmmutze for an officer of the latter (previously had been in the mounted troops).
