help needed - leib garde husaren kratzchen

Hey everyone.
So I am making this post on a friend's prompt
I got this wonderful kratzchen for a member of the leib garde husaren regiment last week at a show, the collector who gave it to me strictly collected kratzchens and pickelhaubes, had some pretty rare imperial stuff too
A friend of mine however is a bit uncertain about its originality, thus here i am.

Some details:
It does appear to be in great conditions on the outside with only 2 minor moth damages.
The inside is well worn and devoted of markings except for a faded one, probably the maker's.
It does appear to be a private purchase, even tho the cockades are of the sewn kind as usually seen on state-issued examples. I was however able to find an example such as this on kaiserbunker's reference guide on kratzchens, so i am not really concerned.
The wool the kratzchen is made of is light, the total weight of the cap comes at around 56 grams
The kratzchen does not shine under UV light at all apart from the white of the cockades

What do we think about it?

I am no expert with these but it looks great to my eyes.

The woolen sheet looks more like modern felt. It's hard to form an opinion. In any case, this is an Eigentum product.

Yes, i too thought it was an Eigentum product, tho its not stamped with any "E" stamps which i am not aware of how unusual it is

As per the fabric i actually just did a burning test: i got a sample from the surface and burned it, it heavily smelled like hairs and the residue crumbled as soon as i touched it, which at least tells us it's not modern sintetic felt. Is that of any help?

Yes, that's right—it's a good sign, so it really is a natural “felt.”

I think some 15 years ago a large batch of these mutzen from leib garde husaren were discovered and sold by hermann historica as genuine newly discovered old stock, I got one of those myself but never trusted it , having it in hand it felt just to new so put it away in a box up to today, this one seems very similar, so I don’t know….,

Oh yeah that could be it, tho mine does seem used as the wear on the sweatband for lack of a better term is definitely more pronounced than the rest of the inside. Maybe you could grab yours back and see if they match, even just giving it a weight and see if it matches mine could be useful

Yes I have one of these too. Unworn. Certainly not an issue item, so somewhere, somehow, somebody found a crate of these.

I would like to be a bit more specific on the story I told above:
I managed to find the "lot" in the auction of Hermann Historica in its book, it was an auction in 2014 see photo's.
Being it a well known auction house in our field, This seems a good reference, but they also make mistakes.

as said mine is one of those 9,
I purchased it online very cheap, from the guy who won the lot en sold them apart, but after arrival I did not really like it, it did not convince me, so I put it away in a box,

If forum members are convinced these were genuine you make met happy, but I remain doubtful on the subject

as said the one from this topic seems very much alike
