Thank you for the additional photos. In my eyes it‘s a 1895 eagle for a Prussian Tschako for enlisted men.
On an eagle of a Tschapka a small wire should have been soldered from inside to the claw for reinforcement (see clothing regulations 1896 or 1903 - §43.3).

An eagle for a shako is thinner side by side and the wings point up.
The smaller sized eagle is from a uhlan helmet the wings are rounder almost like a regular pickelhaube eagle just smaller.

That eagle has totally different stamp. I've never seen before. Stamp style same with this one. You can compare

I’m apart of a Roblox group called Historia Societas where we make historical helmets from all different time periods. In respect of you and your dog we were wondering if we could make your dog with the Flieger Truppen helmet on

We didn’t want to do it without permission cause we know you loved Kaiser and we didn’t want to be disrespectful.
