Hi Garyreg,

The helmet is Swedish worn circa 1880 through approximately 1900... I have attached pictures of other examples of this helmet...

like David. Spiked helmet made by one or more German manufacturers, and intended for the Swedish army. The model 1845 or 49 already existed.
