Dear Friends,
I know that that this weapon is not military ( of course), but I have curiosity in discovering the first owner. Would the heraldry of the first picture, be of the Austrian or German's royalty ?
Please, help me.

Otto, the monogram topped with the odd crown is exactly like one I have seen on the chamber of a presentation grade model 1900 Parabellum (Luger). As I recall that pistol was a gift to a South American of some importance.

Hi Corky,
Thanks, but the proof marks are German, and it's write Augsburg.

PS. I know well the Liège's proof marks, did you know the "Musee d'Armes de Liège"? It's agreat museum. Mr. Claude Gaier, the director, it's a great man, and a good friend.
