Isn't this a Hessian fluted top stuck on an ordinary round officer base?

I'd say...the rare Mecklemburg-Schwerin fluted spike on round base plate.
I think the "cut-off" of the Hessian fluted spike tip should be a bit higher: at the beginning of the grooves.

This is a pîcture of a helmet with a squared visor: Dragoner. Which is an exception on the "fluted spike/round base"-combination.
