Years ago, she got a frying pan with a fancy logo cast in the bottom, she learned quick not to use that one, as the imprint left in my forehead was a little to damning.

Hope you're not hurting much? I guess this is what happens when (1) you get married and (2) you don't keep a helmet or pickelhaube on for safety... :greentank:
 
Well...all of you who know me, know I am not the sharpest tool in the shed, this is what happens when you drop a very heavy item on the foot of a hand truck, on uneven ground, not unlike stepping on a garden rake. This was not as bad as the jack handle.
After it happened, I thought I might need some patching up, when I took my hat off, the blood spewed everywhere, so I did the logical thing, I put my hat back on. Everyone got a good laugh when they saw me (it is nice to know they care). Maggie gets to take the stitches out in a few days, they are a bit irritating under the hat band.
I was very lucky that the blow did not fall somewhere it could do any damage.

Hey Andrew,
The swelling has gone down, the doctor told me that I could not wear a hat for about 10 daysm that menas I can not work for 10 days, as I do not go outside without a hat. But it turned out that I could get the hat band below the swelling, and that would help keep in on in the wind.
