High price GDC set

I don't know if this set is worth $25,000 ..... its kinda in rough shape. Maybe if it was mint ?

wow, an expensive item that I will not buy unless I am in person seeing it but as I don't collect uniform, I can't see myself buying the whole thing only for the helmet.
 
The Cuirass set is fake made in India in 1994. One of 250 made for a UK dealer. I would recognize them anywhere.
 
What Truce1914 mentions is pretty interesting.
I assume under close assessment this ensamble would have no chance!

FYI: I have seen an equal real ensamble like this, which was beautiful und nearly perfect... it sold for about this price.

Well CN, it is just as well that you are with us, as your quest involves a great deal of money. However, we have experts here on both sides of the Atlantic, who have these pieces in their collections, know “the fakes” and will help.
 
It‘s my dream to own one officer set of GdC. Hopefully I will have enough money to get it done one day =D>
 
Yes it is. Helmet also. One look at that atrocious Wappen with casting flaws should solve any doubts.
