Hi guy's, I saw this helmet on E-bay, what do you think about it?

The "Wappen" looks okay. The spike is thinner and sharper than it usually is on an EM GdC/GK helmet, and there are two sets of holes for the spike base. Perhaps a variation for an Unteroffizier, but... no liner! For me this is fatal; I would not even look twice.
