Looks like a war-time shell with one of those bogus Indian spike slid onto the base plate ? ... :???: Any thoughts?

The shell and even the Wappen may be original but the spike is off of one of those India remakes, not even similar to any original spike.

No knowledge and no interest in gaining it........fools with too much money. So, they get burned.
