I hate to be negative, but DHL are %$#%^% #&%$ ok I'll be nice and just say not the best.

Maybe that took part of the shipping cost to offset the greenhouse gas emissions and are planting a tree somewhere.

Hey, who knows maybe I'll have my book by the time the tree is grown. :unsure::whistle::LOL::ROFLMAO:

Only having a laugh, but it is true.

Mine just got to New York. We will see how long it takes the USPS to get it here. The last package I got from Europe went from New York to Arizona then finally back to New Hampshire.

The USPS update says it should be here Wednesday, but I won't hold my breath. I certainly feel your pain Bob unfortunately the USPS is only as good as their worst employee and somehow that guy always seems to sort my delivers.

I've also had packages go all the way across country by being missorted into the wrong pod before Its then caught and sent all the way back. It can be very frustrating; I'm still waiting on something that was in the metro NY hub over a month ago and still hasn't arrived.

Recently I had a package ship from Colorado Springs to NY then back to Colorado before being sent back to NY then down to Maryland. :ROFLMAO::LOL::oops:

I can drive to NY in good traffic in about 3 1/2 to 4 hours I'm not sure how it can take a month for them to get here. :unsure:


Our local carrier is wonderful too bad there aren't more people like her working at the NY Hub. :mad:

Hello

I got my copy of the book on Thursday, i made a contribution on Hussar Regiment 6 and 15 and also mentioned in the book. Bit proud i am ;)
 
Both volumes arrived today! The DHL tracking was only accurate regarding when they arrived in the US. Seemed to be in customs for days. The USPS was "spot on". Arrived in NY on Sunday and was due to arrive today.

Certainly glad I ordered both volumes at once, as it saved me 107 Euros in shipping.

I am not sure. When I ordered Book 1, I seem to recall that it took 3-4 weeks. That was pre tariffs. This book took considerably longer to arrive because I pre ordered it last November.
 
My pair arrived yesterday, just picked them up from my UPS store where my parcels go. Haven’t had a chance to flip through them yet but impressed with the quality of the binding and artwork and it’s nice they have the English supplements.
