Told by a friend that this was the place to post this , I've had this item for many years and trust the man who gave it to me . I'll get into the story after I get some feed back . Hope you like it as much as I do .

It seems to have the rests of somekind of needle attachment on the back.
Can you give the exact dimensions (hight & width).

There is the hinge and catch for a long pin attachment , pin is missing . The height from the bottom of bones to the top is 9.7 cm ,and the width is 10.8 cm at the widest part of the bones . I can take more photo's if you'd like .
