I.D. Shoulderboards?

Hi Guy's - I acquired these with a Prussian ulanka a while back and as I have not got too many books on Uniforms could anyone tell me what they are from - I have an idea but I'm not too certain?

Also - are they worth a mightily huge wad? ;-) as I'm probably going to sell them?
