It's in pretty nice shape and it's a size 58, I guess.
I have seen this happen before on the larger helmets, re-enactors need big helmets to get them to fit, also the condition is very nice!

It is a pretty nice helmet.... and if you really want something, then price is less of an issue. (I know how that goes)
I'd hope nobody plans on wearing it.... there are plenty of NICE repros out there, especially from that fellow in Germany.

I think it's marked 'Train Abteilung No.8' also isn't it? Thats pretty cool.
