I cant help but notice that it is part of the ''see battallion'' , is this part of some sort of observer corps that ive missed ? :? :-?
 
The guy is from Nottingham, wasn't there someone else from that area noted from thievery?
 
I'm in the next county to him and whilst my knowledge is at beginner stage i'm horrified what prices he gets for his stuff. ERICTHEVIKING also seems to be doing similarly well with cap badges I have noticed.
