His reserve U R 14 helmet was sitting on his coffin
I have heard of a collector to be so lucky as own
a helmet with kind of a connection!

Your tschapka is a beautiful example! I am envious!!! I did not win the his reserve helmet. I am not convinced that's the same one that was resting on his coffin. The brush of the one at his funeral looks like a much fuller and longer one than the one that was sold at Kube. He may have owned more than one helmet. He obviously owned more than one ulanka.
