Ok guy's was digging through old boxes of Misc. stuff I have accumulated over the years to find items to bring to SOS to sell.

Found this shoulder strap, at least I think it is, only have the one...

It is Navy I assume, but do not know any more then that?

Any info would be appreciated

If it's a shoulder strap, I don't know what it could could have been removed from. Certainly, it is not from a military uniform. The navy insignia represents an Oberfeuermeister, but it is not an official piece of insignia. My guess is that it is a veteran's thing. The cloth looks like wool from a French horizon blue tunic.

Chip- thanks for the info, interesting that you menioned Veterans piece as a possiblity. When I got it many years ago, it came with a group of Veterans reunion pins etc.
