I bought mine quite some time ago at Western Antiques Arms and Books at Bredene (Belgium coast).
So I called them and they still have one in store. It's only a 25 minutes drive from my place.
I can get for you and sent it over.

Price: abt usd 18.-

Very helpful information! Everyone defaults to the "buy reference books" answer but rarely point newbies in the right direction. Now to find them...grrrrr
