I get today the Uniform , but no idea what period and unit it is , can you help my with identification ? .

Best guess, Officers tunic to the Zaibailkal Cossak, 1st Verkhneudinskii Regiment.

Why in heavens name did they cut away those collar boards ,thats a shame

Here is the graphic of the Imperial Russian Zaibailkal Cossak, 1st Verkhneudinskii Regiment. Again, my best guess. Your tunic has had the "garde' bars removed from the collar and cuffs. Hope this helps.

It looks like my Uniform , but my Jacket has Artillery buttons .

Yes the cut away are shame :| the Uniform are really nice made very similar and good quality like german uniforms .

Michael, I did not look closely at the buttons the first time. You're correct that they are field artillery.
Most of the artillery tunics I have seen have red piping. If I can find better reference I will post for you.
