I got in this nice set of photos the other day, all from IR117. Note all the Kaiser Shooting Prizes, which seem to have the date 1913.

Hi, nice pictures - the 3rd company Inf.-Rgt. Nr.117 won the Kaiser-Abzeichen in 1911 & 1912.*
Also interesting to see it together with the medic badge.

Thank you, Jens, for that extra information! A nice bonus is on the back of each photo, all the men are identified. I will have to search the Verlustlisten to see if any of their names appear.
