I definitely think that the second one (officer) is a repro too!!! Look at the bottom of the wappenplate. At both side of the chicken leggs, where the globe and the scepter are, the two small flags , typical for FR34 and FR33-Komp. 5 and 6 emblem are missing.

Oh yeah totally, now that I enlarged the photos I can see it. From a distance it fooled me. But it does look old though. :oops:
 
The Italian seller says two auction houses verified the authenticity of his helmet. The other one says a dealer with 30 years' experience verified hers.
Ahhhh.....no. 'Fraid not.
 
All obviously fakes. Spikes in the case of the Lederhelms are dead give-aways. Not to mention the crappy finish on the shell. Makes one want to barf.
