Is this Fangschnur original?

Good afternoon,
Would appreciate some opinions as to the originality of this fangschnur for EMs. It fluoresces under black light. I know this could happen due to a number of reasons, but I am unsure.

That appears to be a good original. I have one that was unfortunately washed and it glows like a Christmas tree.

Appreciate the feedback, I was secretly hoping someone would say that. I washed a piece of cloth from pre1945 to test and it shines like modern stuff too, so it is certainly plausible.
