1970s era reproduction, English made I believe. It seems popular to age and sell these as originals on ebay.

As stated above a total fabrication, a very bad reproduction in all aspects unfortunately. A couple of examples which support this....the spike is not correct and the helmet plate lacks crisp definition which tells us that it is a galvano copy made from an original.

I agree with the others.
The officer style liner may be an original.
Although it is installed incorrectly and backwards and missing the silk upper half .
The seam should be toward the back of the helmet !
