It looks OK to me (other than being almost as bald as me) but it is an NCO Busby, not an officer's.

Chin scales look flat to me. It's from IMA of course it's over priced (but then again the do come up with some interesting items).

For me it looks like a NCO or OYV-Busby, like Bob stated. Enlisted men wore black sealfur, but this seems to be the brown otter fur of the officers. The hair plume is also for NCOs. EM wore just white hairs and officers wore feathers. The color of the Kolpak is correct, as well as the chin scale (I think there is a curve if you see the scales near the M91) and the plate.
