Is This Thing Real Or Fantasy ?

The website opens to an India copy, but if you are talking about the helmet with the bird on top it is absolute fantasy.
Looks like it was made from a Pickelhaube, lamp parts, and the finial from a flagpole.

But a lot of effort for a fantasie Helmet. Looks interesting with the garland stand below the bird :D
 
LOL! I would guess that a fireman's helmet was converted for some theatrical production. It certainly has panache. (eye roll)
