Is this Uhlan Pickelhaube Helmet Real or Fake?

Hello everyone. I've been puzzled over what I believe to be a Uhlan helmet from the pre WW1 era. Any assistance towards its authenticity or identification will be greatly appreciated.

It's a combination of many different parts from different helmets and countries. That's why it's still sitting on farcebook, unsold. Thankfully nobody has fallen for it and paid the $400 or $500 she wants for it.

And someone ran a large sized spike nail through the bottom tail feather area of the eagle front plate emblem/wappen. Not sure why someone would do that.

My guess is that this could have been some theatrical stage prop piece that someone assembled years ago.
