Another one from my italian collection: Mod. 1902 complete uniform of a Brigade General of the Alessandria Brigate ( infantry regiment n. 155th and 156th). The Alessandria Brigade was founded on march 1, 1915 and disbanded on novembre 1918 at the end of the ww1.

This is a nice ww1 photograph of a italian medical captain wearing a military-issue wool cap, smoking a pipe. Not common to see.

My compliments on an outstanding Italian collection from the Great War! The craftsmanship is evident in every piece but the most impressive to me is the bullion work on the headgear. Just wow!
