Jaeger finish is real ?

Good morning everyone
Found this Jaeger assembled with incorrect accessories for sale, I have a curiosity to ask you, is the exposed steel shell genuine or has it been polished? I saw that there are some helmets JzP with these characteristics ,

Rino,

IMO, the OR shell has been polished out. You are correct in that some JzPf helmets are nickel bodied, but those are officer interim helmets. I’ve never seen a nickel OR helmet.
