Alas the crown is not pierced and the wappen is held on by a single non magnetic hex nut. No liner. Small head size entire helmet is 3.5" tall. Very heavy.

What are these for? dsk ornaments? As Ihave seen several on Ebay and thought about getting one ,yill I know what they are I eill just think about it,

Variousreasons. Some are paperweights, ink holders.... The neatest one I have is a hotel desk bell. You twist the spike and it chimes. Saxon.
