Just a damaged " Paradebusch "

Hello,
I found this parade bush at the flea market. It was attached to a wooden handle and I think it was perhaps used as a feather duster? Unfortunately, it seems to have been cut off. What a pity.
But it can definitely still be used as a spare part.
