This JzP will be an interesting challenge. There is what appears to be tan speckled overspray on the original exterior finish of this metalhelm. I'll try some light paint remover in a small, obscure area, and take it from there.

Additionally, the spike locking ring is separated from the spike, and lodged onto the spike base. I'm thinking a spanner wrench and liquid wrench should be able to remove that piece, after which I'll see about soldering it back in place inside the spike. As you can see, the finish is nice, and there's some decent paint left on the spike and base, as well as on the wappen. I'll keep you posted on my progress once I start this project.

The paint splatter should be no challenge, the spike fix a bit more but once you are no are done, you will have an excellent JzP M15. That liner is in great shape as well as the interior paint. So many of these liners are gone and the interiors are all scratched up. (y)
