If you have a copy of Deutsche Offizierehelme aus der Kaiserzeit 1870 - 1918 Band 1, there is a photo of Prinz August Wilhelm wearing this pickelhaube.

Thank you for your post . Yes , I do have that book .Both Volumes I & II. Thank you for pointing that image out
on page 92 .I just went and took a look .It has been some time since I looked at the book .
The image of Prince August Wilhelm is from a real photo postcard . I have that postcard also another of him
framed on a matt and he signed it .He is in his Feldgrau uniform. If collectors don't have that set of books
I suggest that they look for them .The quality of the color photos is outstanding .
By the way a lot of the helmets shown in those books belong to the collection of a friend of mine .
