It's Venezualan coffee, but may be an American firm. I googled it up and the only reference was for WW2 Germany in Poland. That was the logo on their extermination truck for the mentally handicapped. Not cool. I'm hoping to find its USA. Corky

Not meaning to inject seriousness into this thread, but it seems to me the painting of Kaiser Wilhelm II was done when he was rather young. He's wearing a standard handle-bar mustache as he did in his younger years and it appears he's wearing a black mourning band on his left sleeve (his father's death perhaps???)
