Here is another picture from 1910, behind Kaiser Wilhelm II the commander of the XVI Army Corps Maximilian von Prittwitz and Gaffron, on the left Colonel Max von Sieg.

He is IMO one of the greatest military painters of all times. (y)

I've had the pleasure of enjoying some of his original masterpieces in person, just incredible.
 
Röchling‘s attention to detail is superb. Clearly depicted to the left of General von Prittwitz is the commander of 34. Division, Generalleutnant Viktor Franke. Diensttuender Generaladjutant, Generaloberst Hans von Plessen is lurking behind and between the Kaiser and General von Prittwitz.
