Kaiserliche Marine Officer's summer-weight visor cap attributed to Prinz Adalbert, the youngest son of Kaiser Wilhelm II. The lightweight cap has a leather visor and is unlined with a simple, cloth sweatband.

Kaiserliche Marine Officer's summer-weight visor cap. The lightweight cap is unlined and has a simple, cloth sweatband. The visor is leather.

The interesting feature of this cap is the monogram - a crowned "A" suggesting it once belonged to Prinz Adalbert of Prussia, son of Kaiser Wilhelm II . The cap came out of Hamburg but I have no other information on it.
