Yes, they identify the presenter as Jan K. Kube.

There are lots of Bavarian pickelhaubes and several other helmets (a beautiful Garde Landwehr Officer helmet and a Landwehr Officer helmet), and all sorts of Imperial German militaria being discussed on this website in the "waffen/militaria" section. Looks like an "Antiques Roadshow" in Bavaria.
