The markings on this cover raise some questions. The formations in Kurassier regiments were identified as squadron (eskadron), not company. The expected unit marking would be 3K 2E, not 3K 2C.

I don´t like the markings too :-k

They seem too regular to me...And yes, Eskadron für die Kavallerie! Not Companie (old writing style) or even Kompanie (newest writing style)..
