Looking for either Officer or other ranks pickelhaube for IR 87 and IR 88. Big ask but you never know.

Also happy to acquire just the helmet plates if anyone has a spare

Glad you found one. I now wish I had collected wappen earlier in my life so I could have built a nice cased display for the wall.
They’re so beautiful that i think one could easily display a few in the living room or den without your wife being upset.
I displayed two imperial helmets in our living room for 18 years at our last house but when we moved my wife forbade any display outside of my collection room. It’s been an ver 10 years now and I think I have softened her up enough such that I may be able to display a helmet soon, maybe 10-15 more years…..
