M15 DR.24 helmet

It is missing the spike, leather chinstrap & both rosettes. The leather liner is in very good condition with all of the tongue intact. The liner drawstring is present and has only pulled through one of the leather tongues.

Hopefully someone from the forum us pursuing this piece, the ventless spine is a dead give away for a dragoon helmet.

I was watching but it went too hi IMO for a damaged helmet with a missing piece that will take a lifetime of looking to try and replace.

I'm sure it will pop up somewhere, maybe a dealer bought it who had a spike will get it repaired and sell it for 2500.

Would have loved to add a M15 Hessian Dragoon to the collection.
