A "normal" price from collector to collector on the todays market would be for your helmet 4000-5000 Euro, I guess...No doubt about it that you could sell it without problem for much more, 6000 Euro without problems or even more....James, is your helmet also stamped BA IX on the neckguard?
For example, I could purchase my pretty scarce and very well shaped M15 FAR62 Oldenburg EM helmet, perfectly unit an 3th battery stamped (no other such M15 helmet from this unit is known to exist in collections to this day) for less money than this poor conditioned and incomplete M-Strelitz. Seller told me that just after he sold it to me last year, some guys still contacted him per e-mail and proposed him 6000 Euro...
