Very nice Prussian M15 officer’s helmet as discussed here https://www.pickelhaubes.com/xf/threads/m15-prussian-officer.17494/.
I’ve got to start a clear out and as this isn’t Hanoverian, it’s the first to go. Some wappen and odds and ends will be posted over the coming weeks.
Shell is in lovely condition and appears to be fibre with a great shape and obviously no shrinkage. Both the front and rear visors are in need of some restitching and there is a small tear in the rear peak that should be an easy fix.
There are no extra holes, and the wappen outline matches nicely. All the metalwork appears original and is high quality brass rather than plated base metal.
The interior liner and silk are in very good condition.

I think the price is reasonable at GB 1,250.00 plus shipping.
