They have a higher price than the ones from India, but the quality ( :puke: ) is very similar--which is a good thing.

Wow, what is it with those Frankenstein bolts poking out at the sides pointed to the sky?

You do realize that in 5 more years they will have the copies down to a science.

Hang onto your pickelhaubes boys... it's going to be a wild ride!

Sad , very sad......

They surely won't put the proper black finish on the shells, either. It would take too long to do the smoothing, drying, smoothing, drying, repeat routine. Making the helmets like a pair of shoes is easier and much faster.

That reminded me of when I was an undergrad in art school. The assignment was to 'create a simple work that has "experienced something".' We got everything from little sculptures that had spent the night in a fish bowl with the fish to a guy who made love to his girlfriend with his drawing under the bed (thank goodness it wasn't under THEM!). I took mine, a gessoed canvas with a couple of random coats of paint on it, out to my Army Reserve unit, drove my M60 onto it and neutral steered it into submission.... The tracks wore some nice holes through it. I got 100% for a grade and sold it for $50. Can't argue with that!
Now, if you want to send me that helmet from China... \:D/
