Anyone going to the Max show? I will have a couple tables set up with Alan S. and our fearless leader Brian L. as well.

Have not been to Max since Pittsburgh, so should be interesting.

Stop by and say hello, will not know our table numbers until the show.

It shouldn't be hard to find you guys besides Age of Kings, Weitze and maybe a little on Regimentals tables you all may be the only other tables there with Quality Pickelhauben.

This year with you guys also on the hunt, there should be about a 1% chance of finding anything good by the time they open the doors for the general public. ;)

I'm editing this one because I should have said we will have about a 1% chance of finding a deal not anything good. There will still be good items there, but it will have already been picked over by the time the doors open to the public by every dealer, their helpers and guys just looking for a quick flip.

It's just the way of shows anyone who has ever had a table or has been a dealer or "helper" will tell you that as soon as people start setting up its like feeding pigions at the beach and you better not put anything down or it's going home with someone else.

Shows are a hell of a lot of fun but the older you get hopefully the less you need and it becomes more about seeing old friends and making new ones who also suffer from the same sickness. ;)(y)

Looking forward to the Show and meeting up with some of our members! It has been years since I have been there as my attention was centered on the SOS. The MAX was the first large US show that I went to as a young collector. It used to be in Pittsburg which is a 7 hr. drive from where I live. (y) :)
