I got kind of excited at first glance when I saw the pics . A grey Meck !!!

There is so many things wrong with it has NO written all over it .

The division lines on the plate are not even strait .

Not sure if the shell is leather , painted felt or ?????????

Yes, the spike top is not right either and coated with that "aging chemical" the European fakers use. :thumbsdown:

I've never seen an original helmet where the fittings had turned that color, has anyone?
 
That's not even a good fake. The metal looks brass to me and not grey.
It is probably worth it's current bid --- about $13.00, no more!

I hope none of the bidders think they're onto something good that nobody else has spotted. It is truly a piece of trash. Not even good for Halloween.
