This helmet doesn't have a fluted spike.
It appears to have plugged plate mounting holes.
It looks like it's stamped J.R. 112. If that's what the mark is, wouldn't that be for
4. Badisches Infanterie-Regiment Prinz Wilhelm Nr. 112?
