metal helmet with Police eagle?

Doesn't sit right with me, but I've been wrong before. My thoughts are that this would be post war, so would probably not have the imperial trappings on the eagle. Also the Wurtemburg-ish cockade (a city cockade???) seems odd. As always, I'd like to hear other opinions. For all I know, this could be 100% correct!
