The medals are quiet something.
First of all the 3 first (from the left!) are the highest distinctions one could get.
Second is the fact that they bear a unlingual motto in Flemish.
The Flemish motto (generaly!) only comes if the French is on it too, that happenned in the early 50' ties.
Before hat they were unilingual in French.
This particularity can be explained as they are miniatures....
And at last; the crossed swords shows that the order of Leopold was ment for military honor only.
Quiet often they come without swords even for military honor, depending on theyr availability at the time... (maker/retailer).
So we have the Leopold I, Leopold II and the crown order. The last one is merit medal for long service.
