My collection

Dear all,

Although not as impressive as some of the collections I have seen here, I wanted to share my small current collection. I downsized my growing collection in part because of complaints of the homefront and used the funds to purchase medals and books. Nevertheless, I hope to expand my collection again in the near future :D

I think I warned you about this when you announced your third child was on the way. The same thing happened to me. Raising three children I had neither the time nor the resources, and my collecting activities went into hibernation for some years. I had to part with some very nice toys. But at the end of the day, they are just things, and they can be replaced.
It's good you are keeping your focus on what is truly important - your family.

Looks great to me! Quality is much better than quantity and you look to have some nice pieces there. I have one of those little 37mm rounds as well.

Very true :D

Very nice display there Edwin, congratulations. However, I do see some "haube space" between those shell casings, so when funding permits........ :D

More than a great many collectors dream of having.

I'll give the cartridge casings a shot  , from left to right:

10cm Krupp M04/14 Kanone.

8,0cm Krupp 8,0cm Zug-Flak

21cm Mörser M10/16

10,5cm leichte Feldhaubitze 98/09.

3,7cm Hotchkiss C/97/98

7,7cm leichte Feld Kanone (l.F.K.) 96

15cm s.F.H.
